Marketing a Property
It’s so incredibly easy to take a picture. Just pull out your phone and snap away. You capture what’s in front of you, and a week or a few months or a year from now, when you go back and look at those pictures, they bring back the memory of being there, what it was like, and all those little details you’d forgotten.
When marketing a home, there’s a few other things you’ll need to consider. Professional camera equipment, preparation of the home, lighting, framing the shot, making sure those unique features and selling points of the property stand out, let’s not forget editing the photos for the aesthetic you’re looking for, and getting consistent results for not just the home you’re shooting, but for projects you’ll be working on in the future.
The easier someone can look at a picture and understand the space, the layout of the home, textures on surfaces, the view outside, appliances, fixtures, countertops, and flooring, etc. The easier they’ll be able to mentally place themselves there. And when you can get someone to picture themselves living in a home, you’ve got yourself a potential buyer.

A Florida native, Charlie was born in Orlando and moved to Naples in 1989. He’s seen a lot of changes. From U-Pick tomatoes on Pine Ridge and Airport Road, to the Banyan tree tunnel on Gordon Drive.
His love for photography began when he first got interested in Photoshop in 2009. Always having a love for graphic arts, Photoshop opened up a world of possibilities. His editing skills grew as he started using other adobe programs such as Lightroom and Illustrator. Having gotten used to Adobe image editing software, he quickly picked up video editing with Premiere Pro and motion graphic design in After Effects.
Currently focused on building a company with local talent that represents Southwest Florida like the paradise it is.
His love for exploring has taken him all over the country. He loves mountain biking Florida’s MTB trails such as Markham Park in Sunrise, and Alafia Bike Park Southeast of Tampa, but also enjoys city biking. Plans on biking in NYC, and Whistler Mountain, Canada next summer
